Standard Delivery Service
Our
standard delivery service will deliver all orders within UK mainland within
72 hours from Monday to Friday subject to product availability.
Express Delivery Service
Our
express delivery service delivers next working day on all orders placed
before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm. We still do our best for next day
delivery, otherwise delivery will be the following working day.
Express
delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by our couriers City Link.
Both services require a signature upon delivery so we can be sure that your
item has reached the correct destination. Therefore if you cannot be
in to accept delivery, please consider using a work address or a neighbour.
Our checkout allows you to use a different delivery address to your invoice
address.
UK
Offshore Deliveries
When
delivery is to a UK offshore address, we may contact you if any additional
postage is required. This will normally be in cases where the goods
weigh more than 2k.
Please note that our express delivery price does not apply for delivery to
UK offshore orders.
International Orders
Our web
shop is configured with WorldPay to accept orders from within the UK only.
To order
from outside the UK, please email us with details of your requirements and
the date of your event and we will get back to you with a quote covering
postage based on the weight of goods. Method of payment for these orders is
by sterling bank transfer, direct from your bank to ours.
