All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. These shall form part of any contract concluded between all4parties.co.uk (now referred to as Abdab Party Company Ltd.) and a buyer.

This Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights As A Consumer
 

GENERAL
The completion of an order form and payment for the products shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the buyer agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between Abdab Party Company Ltd. and the buyer will take place on the dispatch to the buyer of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. No legally binding contract shall come into place until that time.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment including proof of identity

The identification of a pricing or product description error

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are available:

Online or telephone credit card transaction 
Cheque drawn on a UK bank account

All of our credit card transactions are processed by WorldPay, one of the world's leading Ecommerce solutions companies. WorldPay use secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Paying by this method will require the buyer to visit WorldPay's website. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of WorldPay before using the service.  

The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to dispatch, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling, and in the case of payment by cheque, drawn on a bank account located within the United Kingdom.

Abdab Party Company Ltd. will ensure that your order details and any payment information you provide is kept private and confidential. Abdab Party Company Ltd. will not retain any customer information beyond that reasonably necessary to confirm your order, dispatch the products and trace the delivery. Abdab Party Company Ltd. does not supply customer information to third parties other than as specifically stated herein (i.e. to enable the carrier to deliver the products).  

PRICES
The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. All prices quoted on the site are subject to alterations without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty, which may occur in the course of manufacturing the products. 

SALES TAX / VAT

All prices on this web site are subject to VAT. It is included in the SUM Total shown.

DELIVERY 

Standard Delivery Service           

Our standard delivery service will deliver all orders within UK mainland within 72 hours from Monday to Friday subject to product availability.

Express Delivery Service

Our express delivery service delivers next working day on all orders placed before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm. We still do our best for next day delivery, otherwise delivery will be the following working day.            

Express delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by our couriers City Link. Both services require a signature upon delivery so we can be sure that your item has reached the correct destination.  Therefore if you cannot be in to accept delivery, please consider using a work address or a neighbour. Our checkout allows you to use a different delivery address to your invoice address.

UK Offshore Deliveries 

When delivery is to a UK offshore address, we may contact you if any additional postage is required.  This will normally be in cases where the goods weigh more than 2k. 

Please note that our express delivery price does not apply for delivery to UK offshore orders.

International Orders

Our web shop is configured with WorldPay to accept orders from within the UK only. 

To order from outside the UK, please email us with details of your requirements and the date of your event and we will get back to you with a quote covering postage based on the weight of goods. Method of payment for these orders is by sterling bank transfer, direct from your bank to ours.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you have selected. In the event that you select a business address Abdab Party Company Ltd. shall be deemed to have delivered the products to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address and receiving a signed receipt of delivery.

Abdab Party Company Ltd. does not accept responsibility due to non-delivery of items in cases where any part of the delivery address provided is found to be incorrect.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

The responsibility of Abdab Party Company Ltd. for loss or damage of goods in transit will be limited to replacing the damaged products or providing a refund no greater than the amount paid, whichever the buyer prefers.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You the buyer have the right to return your goods to Abdab Party Company Ltd. within 7 working days, starting from the day after you have received the goods, and Abdab Party Company Ltd. will provide a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Any item returned must be received back in an unused and resalable condition. We recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. If an item is returned for refund, all postage costs incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you

WARRANTIES
Abdab Party Company Ltd. makes no warranty in respect of any products or service advertised by Abdab Party Company Ltd. on this website but which is supplied by a supplier independent to Abdab Party Company Ltd.

WorldPay Security

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, WorldPay's public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that the shopper can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Transaction Encryption - The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to Worldpay are encapsulated using WorldPay's own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Security for the Shopper - Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using TLS or 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage - Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. WorldPay ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code they use, and continually review their own proprietary code.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you only for the purpose of processing your order. 

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, (we only have access to your credit/debit card details if you place your order over the telephone and these are only used to process your payment) We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

It is not our company policy to engage in sending marketing emails. Neither do we pass on information of any kind to any other supplier or their agents for marketing purposes.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
